Venky, a middle-class businessman, his friend Varun, an orphan, Tamanna, her sister Mehreen and Raghu, a failed producer, team up with Rajendra Prasad, an honest cop fed up with his corrupt boss Commissioner Sampath, for a heist. However, things become hilariously complicated when the commissioner learns of their plan and attempts to thwart them.
